Jennifer's Story: Faithful Joy in the Lord

When life feels impossible, sometimes all we can do is reach out to God. That’s exactly what Jennifer did after leaving an unhealthy relationship—she asked Him to hold her hand every step of the way. For months, without a car, Jennifer woke up at 4 a.m. to walk her children to school before heading to work herself. Yet, she did it with joy and peace, sustained by the Lord. She had been calling out to God for help, and He answered in an unexpected moment on her way to work. She met a volunteer from The Care Center who was moved by her story and arranged for her to receive a car. Through this, Jennifer was guided by God’s hands—through her brothers and sisters in Christ.
