Overview
ChurchGrid respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users and churches on our platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement.
Note: ChurchGrid does not host video content. All sermon videos are embedded from YouTube. For video content takedowns, we recommend also filing directly with YouTube via their copyright removal tools.

Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the content provider of the takedown
- For repeat infringers, terminate access to the platform
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@churchgrid.com that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
