Watch activity: We store your watch history, saved sermons, and playback progress to power features like Continue Watching and personalized recommendations.

Payment information: If you subscribe to ChurchGrid Premium, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
Security & device information: When you sign in or create an account, we record your IP address, approximate location (city, region, country), and device/browser type. We use this strictly to secure your account, prevent abuse, and understand where our audience is — not to track you across other websites. These security logs are automatically deleted after 90 days (see Data Retention below).
