Deleting your account permanently removes your ChurchGrid login and the personal data tied to it: saved sermons, watch history, followed churches, notification settings and registered devices. Any Premium or Church Pro subscription is cancelled first, so you won't be billed again.
Anonymous play counts on sermons are kept but are no longer linked to you. Deletion can't be undone. If you use the ChurchGrid app, you can also delete your account from the app's Profile screen.
Can't sign in? Email support@church-grid.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.
