There's been a seed of deception sown in Christian culture that says only the 3% that God has called to vocational ministry are called to lead ministries. Paul says in 2 Corinthians 6:4 , "But in all things we commend ourselves as ministers of God: in much patience, in tribulations, in needs, in distresses..."
