Are you ready to step into your Miracle Season? In part one of our new sermon series, Pastor Ken guides us through the theology of miracles—and how the same God who moved in Scripture still moves today. Based on The Gospel of John 14:12 (“Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do…”), we declare that miracles are not anomalies of the past—but the normal for the believer. We believe for babies to be born, we believe for freedom from addictions, we believe for healing, for protection, for deliverance from every weapon formed against us. Because “where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” This is your year: the year for children to be saved; the year for nations to be transformed by Jesus. For cults, witchcraft, and gangs to be extinguished by Jesus. Authentic miracles always point to Jesus—they reveal His kingdom, confirm His word, and bring real help to people. What is a miracle? A sovereign act of God—called a “sign,” “wonder,” or “mighty work” in Scripture—where God intervenes beyond ordinary means to glorify Jesus, bring heaven to earth, and break natural law. The same God who turned water into wine and healed the nobleman’s son—He can do it now. In fact, we believe He will. Miracles are normal for the believer, not reserved for the few. We reject the idea that “miracles ceased with the apostles.” The New Testament speaks of gifts and works for ongoing church life, not an expiration date. We have been given spiritual authority: to cast out disease and impure spirits, to lay hands on the sick and see them recover. But great power also comes with character. Fruit matters. Love and holiness are non-negotiables. We fight off any poison of unbelief or distraction the enemy throws at our mind—because your belief matters deeply to God.
