What Are You Reaching For? | 1 Samuel 30
David returns to Ziklag and finds everything gone. The city has been burned, their families have been taken captive, and even David’s own men are talking about stoning him. There is nowhere left for him to turn. But in that moment, David strengthens himself in the LORD. He doesn’t pretend the loss isn’t real. He brings his fear and grief to God, asks for direction, and then moves forward in obedience. Sometimes faithfulness begins by remembering where our strength actually comes from. Want more
